A recommended template to create a written policy (a very good thing to have on hand!) Customize this Word document template and get your employees to read & sign the Acknowledgement. Then keep a copy in their employee file for your records.

Federal law established the national 21 year minimum-age for tobacco and vaping purchases. Find free downloads for age-of-purchase stickers to display at the point-of-sale and re-invigorate your training with a free 10-12 Minute Training BOOSTER course which includes emphasis on following the FDA requirement to check photo ID of everyone under age 30 who attempts to purchase any tobacco product (or vaping product or alternative nicotine product.)
We Card ID CHECK-UP
ID CHECK-UP is our bi-monthly mystery shopping program to help you see if your store’s employees are “carding” for age-restricted products (tobacco, e-cigarettes, vaping products, nicotine pouches or alcohol). Sign-up online, register your stores and access a comprehensive online report of your stores’ carding performance.
